What is the cost of Shipping?

Prepaid Orders (Online Payment): Free Shipping across India.

COD Orders: A small convenience fee of ₹50 will be charged on Cash-on-Delivery orders to cover additional handling and logistics costs.

What is the estimated delivery time?
When your order request has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS and/or WhatsApp with certain details including the tracking number and the logistics partner. We typically dispatch most orders within 2–3 business days. From the time products are shipped, it tentatively takes 4–5 days for orders to reach their destination.
We deliver only within India. There may be locations within India which may not be serviceable. Multiple items ordered will reach destination in multiple shipments and times. Please note, estimated delivery times are suggestive, and, on some instances, there might be certain inevitable delays beyond our control. You will be kept informed at all times should such circumstances arise.
The estimated time of delivery may fluctuate marginally from one state to another. Days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are determined as working days. Delivery of the product may get deferred because of reasons relevant to logistical issues.
Delivery will be subject to availability of the products. If we are unable to deliver the products due to the unavailability of stock or for any other reason, we will inform you of the same and refund any pre-paid/partial-paid amounts made by you in relation to the products which could not be delivered. The refund shall take place in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We try very hard to ensure your product reaches you within the stipulated time period. But, due to unpredicted situations, if your order does not reach you by the expected delivery time, please drop us an email to hi@cristello.in and we will endeavour to settle your concerns at the earliest.
Payment Terms – Partial Payment

We provide the option of Partial Payment on COD Orders through GoKwik.

Customers can pay a small advance at the time of placing the order. The balance amount must be paid at the time of delivery (via Cash/UPI/Card).

Orders are confirmed and shipped only once the advance payment is successfully received.

If the order is cancelled before fulfillment/dispatch → the partial payment will be refunded.

If the order is cancelled or refused once dispatched, is in transit, or results in an RTO (Return to Origin) → the partial payment will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

If the balance amount is not paid at the time of delivery, the order will not be handed over and will be considered cancelled.

COD handling charges (₹50) are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
